Tom Terrific DVD (1957)

Originally aired on the Captain Kangaroo show. Tom had the ability to change into any shape he could imagine in order to save his loveable (and lazy) dog Mighty Manfred from the clutches of the villainous Crabby Appleton and other do-badders in three five-minute segments that made up each story arc. The villainous Crabby Appleton sang a song that I will always remember and it went like this : 'My name is Crabby Appleton, I'm rotten to the core I do a bad deed every day, and sometimes three or four I can't stand fun for anyone, I think good deeds are sappy, I laugh with glee, it pleases me, when everyone's unhappy!'"
